THE ?award winning Community Action Through Sport (CATS) scheme started in Bude has been shortlisted for a People's Millions Lottery grant. It was begun in a bid to stem an increasing problem with anti-social behaviour and criminal damage and has been such a resounding success plans are afoot to extend it to Launceston.
