OFFICERS from Bude Neighbourhood Policing Team have been asked to declare Southfield Road, Bude, as a further PACT (Partners and Communities Together) priority.

PC Dave Monkton from Bude Police said: "This is due to anti-social behaviour in the area, which is dramatically affecting the quality of life for people living in the location. Police will be taking positive action against individuals at every opportunity to combat the problems and measures are being taken to alleviate the issues by instigating action in line with the Anti-Social Behaviour Act.

"We take all complaints of antisocial behaviour very seriously. All residents deserve to live in a peaceful manner and officers at Bude are committed to this idea. We will work with our partner agencies to resolve this issue and do all we can to improve the standards in which people can live in our area. Any person found causing problems can expect to be rigorously dealt with, as behaviour of this type will not be tolerated any further."
