AT THE age of sixty-two many people are thinking about retiring and enjoying a gentler pace of life — not Bill Smith, a civil servant from Bude; he is busy training to run his first ever marathon!
Bill, who has dubbed the feat his '26@62 Challenge', will be taking on the twenty-six mile Virgin London Marathon course on Sunday, April 17, to help raise funds for Children's Hospice South West's Precious Lives Appeal.
