THE corridors of Bude Infant School were awash with vibrant colours recently, as the whole school embarked on a week of wondrous creativity.
Each class has been studying a different artist, the types of artwork they create as well as studying difference forms of art. They then used this inspiration to create masterpieces of their own. They didn't stop at pens and pencils — the whole school went tissue paper, pottery, 'land art', mosaic crazy!
Pink Base pupils (Reception) have been studying the Spanish artist Miro, who uses blocks of colour to create simplistic, but very eye catching pieces.
