NIGEL and Graham Pearce from Bude have cycled 800 miles across France to raise over £2,000 for charity.

They started in Bude and rode to Plymouth and took the ferry to Santander in Northern Spain and then spend the next ten days cycling back through France and caught the ferry back from Roscoff.

Nigel says: "It was great spending 11 days with my son and I would like to thank people for their generosity and if anyone else would like to donate they can send a cheque payable to Comic Relief or ShelterBox to my home at 5, Petherick Road, Bude, Cornwall EX238SW."
