MARK Clements of Bond Oxborough Phillips in Bude has secured a nationally recognised industry qualification, joining the growing number of certificated estate agents across the UK.

He has passed the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) Technical Award in Sale of Residential Property; the industry standard for all agents working in this area. It is the required qualification for entry to the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA).
