BUDE Children's Centre held a special day of parties on Wednesday, December 17.
More than 60 children from the local area attended the parties and the feedback from parents was excellent, one saying: "My child's first Christmas party will be difficult to top!"
Families were entertained by 'Captain Coconut' with his amazing bubble blowing act, as well as an array of Christmassy characters who held host to the parties including Christmas fairies, Christmas Trees, Snowmen and Elves.
A special sparkling Christmas grotto in the garden was looked after by a friendly Snowman while the children waited for the activities to begin.
A banquet of healthy snacks was available for children and whilst they sat down, Father Christmas arrived to deliver some very special presents.
The party was finished off with some wonderful Christmas stories told by Lindsay Hargrove from the Library Service. Staff and families thoroughly enjoyed the magical day and can't wait for next year.
All of the staff from Bude Children's Centre wishes everyone a very happy Christmas and a prosperous New Year.
