A BUDE-based firm celebrated in style ICT manager Simon Smith's milestone ten years of service with the company this month.

Simon, 36, joined Continental Underfloor in 2003, when the business was based out of the founders' farmhouse in Crackington Haven, starting his career as the packing assistant and tea boy in the back room.

Through the company's long term training initiative, and its belief in investing in its people, Simon was given the opportunity to choose an area of work that excited him.
