AN iconic Cornish landmark has gone on the market.

Brown Willy Tor on Bodmin Moor — the highest point of Cornwall — is available to purchase for £2.8-million.

Fernacre and Brown Willy, near St Breward, came to the market this weekend with Savills.

The sale includes an historic farmstead, extensive run of moorland, and grazing rights over adjoining commons. In all it comes to 1221.13 acres.

Savills said there is also ‘highly regarded snipe and woodcock shooting and deer stalking’, as well as 10kw wind turbine with Feed in Tariff payments.

There is also ‘environmental stewardship providing significant income’.
