AN ACTION group has been formed in Bradworthy against plans to redevelop the old Lavis Medical Systems building into housing.

The group has organised a meeting with representatives from Torridge District Council to discuss the proposed redevelopment of the old Lavis factory at Langdon Road. The meeting will be held in the Memorial Hall on Saturday evening at 7pm.

Torridge have requested that it not be a full public meeting and therefore the number of people able to speak will be limited. Residents have been encouraged to give any questions they may have to the action group in advance and are welcome to go along and listen on the night.
