BOSCASTLE bed and breakfast owner Shelley Barratt has just returned from a top level meeting on sustainable tourism in the Scilly Isles, where she was invited as a newly appointed 'ambassador' for the Green Tourism Business Scheme (GTBS). The meeting was aimed at attracting new recruits to eco-tourism and promoting the benefits of environmentally friendly business to owners and tourists alike. It's only the second one on the Scillies, although others have been held in Cornwall and there's a get together organised by CoaST (the Cornwall Sustainable Tourism Project) at Bedruthan Steps Hotel on March 13.
