Mr Peter Steege, who has lived in Boscastle for nearly 14 years, first wrote to Cornwall Council, on August 6 last year, not to complain about the state of roads, but to bring their attention to the condition of a "little road which leads from nowhere to nowhere."
The rural road which, Mr Steege says serves around ten families (if not fewer), is located at Scarsick, in the Tresmeer area.
