A ‘BONFIRE Bake Sale’ was held by the Coodes Solicitors’ Holsworthy branch recently to raise funds for the firm’s chosen charity for the year, The Sowenna Appeal.

Coodes in Holsworthy offered up a variety of delicious cakes and treats which were either store-bought or homemade.
The firm is supporting The Sowenna Appeal this year with fundraising events like this as well as helping to raise awareness of the appeal, which campaigned to create the first ever mental health hospital for young people in Cornwall.
Other Coodes offices across the region also held their own bake sales, including Liskeard, Falmouth and Penzance, with the teams all contributing a number of cakes for the public to purchase at the offices.
The Holsworthy bake sale raised more than £50 for The Sowenna Appeal.
