A meeting of the Bude-Stratton Town Council Planning Committee was held last Thursday (December 18). The agenda included the planning application for the development of the Binhamy Farm site for the Catesby Property Group.

Much discussion took place and it was decided to pass the matter on to a meeting of the full council for further consideration. This meeting will take place on January 2 at 7pm in the Council Chamber at The Parkhouse Centre.

The Planning Committee have forwarded recommendations for the council to consider including the possibility of requesting a site meeting or public meeting with North Cornwall District Council. Members of the public are welcome at council or committee meetings held by Bude-Stratton Town Council.
