'MINOR amendments' including changes to the use of six areas on Bude's Binhamy Farm master plan have been given the go-ahead, despite objections.

Developer, Catesby Property Group has already received outline planning permission for a mixed use development on land at Binhamy Farm, which comprises a minimum of 351 houses and maximum of 400 (including affordable dwellings), employment, retirement village, extra care facility, retail (discount and non-food), land for a new community building, public open space and landscaping, but its latest application includes changes of use to six areas on the site.
