ST TEATH Carnival saw one of the biggest crowds who turned up to see the procession on Saturday evening.

The Carnival Comm­ittee were delighted with the event and deemed it a success.

Entries were a bit down on last year, but thanks to the weather, the streets were lined with people all keen to catch a glimpse of the colourful floats and walkers.

The St Teath Football Club have organised the carnival for the past 13 years and the committee have now handed the event over to new organisers, so they will be looking for help and support next year.
