PUPILS in Years 5 and 6 at Whitstone Community Primary School had the chance recently to visit Plymouth University. The visit was arranged by Jayne Stanyer, Widening Participation Student Development Co-ordinator. The aim of the scheme is to raise awareness and aspiration, and to provide information and interactive experiences, for groups that have, historically, been under-represented in Higher Education.
