CAMELFORD Town Band recently took part in the 2015 Exmouth Brass Band Festival.

Ten bands from Cornwall, Devon and Somerset provided entertainment for the audience.

Adjudicator Alan Fernie congratulated all the competitors and their musical directors for the high standard of playing, programme content and entertainment value they produced.

Pendennis Brass Falmouth claimed the honours, with a set based on the theme of ‘stage and screen hits. Camelford Town Band, with musical director Stephen Wagstaff, were placed joint ninth.
