A PLANNING application to install a new ATM at the Co-operative Stores in Holsworthy is still being considered — more than two months after it was first submitted.

The proposal was validated last week after delays in payment were resolved and it is hoped a decision will be reached by January 4 after a standard eight-week consultation period.

The proposed ATM is to be installed through the Co-operative’s glazed shop front to the left of the entrance doors. It will feature an ATM steel fascia and Cashzone polycarbonate green ATM signage surrounding with non-illuminated white lettering reading ‘free cash withdrawals’ and ‘The Co-operative Food’.

An application regarding the advertisement associated with the new ATM was submitted on Wednesday, August 26 and is also still under consideration.
