A PUBLIC inquiry to help determine an appeal lodged by Poltair Homes against the refusal of their application for a residential development on land adjoining Victoria Gardens, Camelford will be held on July 23 and 24 at Bodmin.

The application sought permission for the a residential development of 27 affordable housing (9 for RSL rent and 18 for low cost purchase) and a residential development of 13 open market and 14 low cost for sale properties, but they were refused by the former planning authority, North Cornwall District Council.

Poltair Homes has now appealed against the refusal notices, and an inspector has been appointed by the Department for Communities and Local Government to determine the appeals, not as supplied to us and printed in last week's 'Post.'
