JANUARY 7 is the deadline for comments to the planning inspectorate on the refused application that would see a permanent home for a free school in North Devon.
An appeal is in progress following Torridge District Council's decision in September to refuse the construction of a new school for Route 39 Academy on land at Steart Farm, near Bucks Cross.
The appeal will also include a public inquiry.
