THORNE Manor Nursery at Holsworthy are absolutely thrilled to have received another 'Outstanding' Ofsted, inspection result recently.
Claire Burnell, the setting manager and the management team are extremely proud of all the staff who have worked so hard to achieve this outstanding grade. The report reads that the inspector saw that 'staff are highly conscientious in meeting the needs of each child and provide exemplary care. As a result, all children are very happy, content and flourish in the setting' and that 'children make very good progress in their personal social and emotional development.'
The inspector also recorded that 'staff are very skillful in their strategies to manage children's behaviour. They sing songs to prompt children, such as 'time to line up,' 'time to roll our sleeves up' and 'please and thank you.'
