THIS was another fine Division One West game which Penryn started well but it was not until the 25th minute that they took the lead as Pat Shaughnessy set up Pete MacLean to score, writes Robin Cook.
On the stroke of half time Camels 'keeper Josh Colwill parried Shaughnessy's stinging drive for Glen Hobbs to follow up and nod home Penryn's second.
Despite lacking a number of regulars, plucky Camelford pulled a goal back seven minutes after the break when Paul Menhinick hit a tremendous free kick wide of the diving Steve Raven.
Within five minutes the home side had restored their two goal advantage through Dale Band.
Penryn had Dominic Pullen sent off for his challenge on Colwill, but in the 82nd minute Shaughnessy passed for Hobbs to score at the far post.
Two minutes later Camelford replied as Gyles Reynolds headed home Menhinnick's free kick.
