AN?early Easter bunny visited St Breward Church on Sunday — it was spotted towards the end of the Sunday morning service near the altar, and initially was believed to be a rat!

Peter Glaser, who captured the image, said: “The remaining congregation after the service chased the wild baby rabbit around the inside of the church in an attempt to catch it or encourage it to leave by the main door.

“After a merry game of cat and church mouse, patience won the day as the tiny rabbit hopped towards the door and out into the porch, and then on to freedom in the churchyard and sunshine!”
