CAMELFORD is set to have a change of Mayor and Deputy.
Nominations were taken at the April 20 meeting of the town council.
For Mayor, Cllr Rob Rotchell received seven nominations, and the current Mayor, Cllr Brian Lush one.
Cllr Lush said he did not wish to carry on in the role, so Cllr Rotchell became the Mayor Designate for 2010/11.
Nominations for Deputy Mayor were received for Cllrs Brian Lush, Aaron Scawn and Andy Shaw.
Cllr Shaw will take over from the current deputy, Cllr Bob Ireland, after the other two nominees pulled out of the running.
