KILKHAMPTON Parish Council will review six months' worth of surveillance information before considering if amendments to the village's traffic measures are required.

Parish council chairman Reg Hambley said the authority is aware of traffic problems in Kilkhampton, and that action will be taken in response to observations made by a dedicated committee.

He said: "Four months ago we set up a traffic committee to monitor problems in the village. We've recorded any incidents that have occurred, and in the new year we could be looking at one or two ideas to reduce any problems."
