A VERDICT of accidental death was recorded at the inquest into Launceston man Jonathan Bruton's death, at Plymouth on Friday. Mr Bruton, aged 25, a member of Cornwall Fire Brigade, died on December 8, 2006, five days after the collision involving a lorry on the A30, following a night out. The court had heard that lorry driver Michael Snell had been driving at an appropriate speed in atrocious weather conditions, including torrential rain and wind, which had scattered debris across the A30.
