SIR JAMES Smith's School in Camelford recently welcomed two teachers from Goa.

The teachers, Selena D'Souza and Cony D'Souza, had flown over from their school in India, Spring Valley High, which is linked with Sir Jim's, to learn more about the British education system and strengthen the ties between the schools.

Selena and Cony, who have visited Camelford before, attended classes, were taken to see the sights of sea, sand and history that Cornwall can offer, and enjoyed specially arranged evening meals with members of the staff.
