Bude Triangle was subject to acts of vandalism between 9pm on Saturday, November 30 and Sunday, December 1 when all the planted flower bulbs were uprooted, as well as other plants situated within the Triangle.
One of the public rubbish bins was also ripped from its secure supporting case and left in the middle of the Triangle.
Following the incident, police conducted enquires and reviewed the volunteer community CCTV in the area, which resulted in two people being identified.
