A POLICE investigation has been launched following the death of a man in St Teath.
Police were called at around 1.20am on Sunday, July 28 after the body of a man was located in the road by a passing motorist on the B3267, St Teath, near Camelford.
Emergency services attended and a 31-year-old man who is local to the area was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Formal identification has yet to have taken place but his next of kin have been informed.
Police are currently treating this death as unexplained and are appealing for witnesses. Officers would like to speak to anyone who was in the area prior to the collision, or who may have information that could assist police with this investigation including dashcam footage.
