POLICE have been made aware of an alleged incident near Okehampton on Boxing Day involving allegations of offences against the Hunting Act.

The matter is being investigated and police would like to hear from anyone who was in the area and directly witnessed the alleged incident.

A police spokesman said: “We would encourage witnesses to any offences to share unedited footage and images with us, and to be prepared to give statements to allow us to fully investigate any allegation of criminality.”
