EMERGENCY services were called at 4.40am this morning (Friday) after a car left the A30 and ended up near the Pennygillam Industrial Estate, Launceston.
Staff and a first aider from Kensey Foods were first on scene after the car rolled down a bank, and they alerted emergency services.
Firefighters freed a trapped man, the driver of the Peugeot 206, who police said was taken to Derriford Hospital with ’serious, possibly life-threatening injuries’.
His passenger was also taken to Derriford Hospital as a precaution.One lane of the dual carriageway remains closed for initial investigative work.
