DELABOLE Community Fire Station is recruiting on-call firefighters.

The fire station is currently looking for on-call firefighters to join their team. With the same training as wholetime firefighters, new recruits will be required to respond using the latest equipment and techniques to tackle a fire and other incidents.

On a monthly basis, firefighters from Delabole are needed around nine times from 7am until 7pm in the day, 7pm until 12am in the evening and from 12am until 7am at night.

Recruits will need to get to the fire station within five minutes of being alerted about an emergency.
