TREGADILLETT Fun Day, started ten years ago, has now grown into a large occasion.

Even from the very first one, the whole concept of providing a great deal of fun without costing the public a lot of money has proved to be a winner. Many of the prices charged have altered very little, which has turned to be a wise idea, because the event has grown year after year, with perhaps a few small deviations because of weather.

This year's event turned to be the best ever, with at least 1,500 people of all ages coming from a wide area. The sun was shining, and thanks to a wonderful band of helpers, everything was ready. The community hall, the village play area and the road adjoining in Compass West were bursting with people, enjoying themselves with all that was on offer.
