We grow great-tasting, high-quality, certified organic produce that's good for you and the environment. We are proudly Cornish and are based at Poundstock just miles from the Coast near Bude. We grow a variety of beautiful mushrooms in our orchard fruiting chambers. Oysters, King Oyster, Lion's Mane, and Shitake mushrooms are our specialties. We also love to share our knowledge by developing a whole new generation of mushroom growers."
