St Catherine’s Hill in Launceston set to be closed for three weeks to allow for ‘necessary’ works to be carried out.
From March 13, drivers will find St Catherine’s Hill in Launceston inaccessible as Cornwall Council carry out works for three weeks until April 3. This closure will see the stretch to Upper Chapel shut 24 hours a day including weekends.
The closure hopes to allow new sewer connection works to take place and while vehicle access will be restricted, pedestrian access for residents and businesses will be maintained.
A diversion has been put in place which can be seen below.
