Pembrokeshire Community Buildings Forum, organised by PAVS, PLANED and Pembrokeshire County Council, is holding its next Forum on Thursday, May 14, in Uzmaston Community Hall near Haverfordwest. The hall will be open for registration and a free buffet from 6.30 pm with the event running from 7 until 9 pm.

Anyone who runs or organises a community building in Pembrokeshire is most welcome to attend this free event to catch up on information updates, case studies and an opportunity to network and share good practice with other halls.

The evening will include case studies from halls which generate income from running community cafes; a presentation from Resource Efficient Wales on how to make your hall more energy efficient and the Arts Council Wales explain their 'Night Out' scheme, and how it can help community buildings put on professional performances for local people. The evening will conclude with a funding update, including news on current local, regional and national funding opportunities for community buildings.

With information stands present from local halls, the evening will prove very useful for anyone with responsibility for running a community building.
